40 Ways to Celebrate at MA’s 40th!

40 years…where does the time go? Come celebrate 40 years of Marin Academy alumni, parents, faculty, staff,  and friends of the community at Bimbo’s 365 Club in San Francisco on April 20th. We are near capacity, so head to ma.org/40 to register for the event while you still can – registration closes at the end of the day on Friday, April 12.  We look forward to seeing so many of you there, and to give you a taste of what’s in store… enjoy this list of 40 things to see and do at the 40th celebration!

  3. Delight in the music of House of Waters, a Brooklyn-based band with a global sound, with Luke Notary ’96
  4. Check out the photo collages documenting 4 decades of Marin Academy history
  5. Enjoy the talents of our current students with the music of Sargent Pickles & the Soul-diers
  6. Listen to the sounds of the “MA All Stars” band, featuring faculty, staff and alumni

  8. Appreciate access to easy parking…just kidding, this is North Beach
  9. Just kidding, again! Valet parking is available for a newly reduced rate of $35 AND there are many public garages within walking distance.

The 2012-2013 school year marks 40 years of education at Marin Academy.  Throughout the year we will be commemorating this anniversary with on-campus events for students, special publications (including this ongoing series of “lists of 40″), and a community celebration at Bimbo’s in San Francisco on Saturday, April 20 (for more info and tickets visit: www.ma.org/40).
